充電(dian)樁(zhuang)整體(ti)系統由四(si)部分組成:電(dian)動汽車充電(dian)樁(zhuang)、集中器(qi)、電(dian)池管(guan)理(li)系統(BMS)、充電(dian)管(guan)理(li)服務(wu)平臺。
電(dian)(dian)動汽車充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(栓)的(de)控制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)主要由嵌入式ARM處(chu)理器(qi)完成,用戶可自(zi)助刷卡進行(xing)用戶鑒權、余額查詢、計費(fei)查詢等功能(neng),也可提供語(yu)音(yin)(yin)輸出接口,實(shi)現語(yu)音(yin)(yin)交互。用戶可根據液晶顯(xian)示屏指(zhi)示選擇4種充(chong)電(dian)(dian)模式:包括按時(shi)計費(fei)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)、按電(dian)(dian)量充(chong)電(dian)(dian)、自(zi)動充(chong)滿、按里程充(chong)電(dian)(dian)等。
電動汽(qi)車(che)充電機(ji)控制器與集中(zhong)器利用CAN總(zong)線(xian)進行(xing)(xing)數(shu)據(ju)交(jiao)互,集中(zhong)器與服(fu)務器平臺利用有線(xian)互聯網或無線(xian)GPRS網絡進行(xing)(xing)數(shu)據(ju)交(jiao)互,為了***起見(jian),電量計費和金額(e)數(shu)據(ju)實現***加密。
電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)管(guan)理(li)系(xi)統系(xi)統(BMS)的(de)(de)主要(yao)功(gong)能(neng)是監控(kong)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)工作狀態(tai)(電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)流和(he)(he)溫度(du))、預測動力電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)容(rong)量(SOC)和(he)(he)相應的(de)(de)剩余(yu)行駛里程,進行電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)管(guan)理(li)以(yi)避免(mian)出(chu)現過(guo)(guo)放電(dian)(dian)、過(guo)(guo)充(chong)、過(guo)(guo)熱和(he)(he)單體電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)之間電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)嚴(yan)重不(bu)平衡現象,限度(du)地利(li)用電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)存儲(chu)能(neng)力和(he)(he)循環壽(shou)命(ming)。
