有人說電動(dong)車(che)是不安(an)全的(de),因為(wei)每(mei)年都有許多電池起火和燃(ran)燒(shao)的(de)事(shi)故。事(shi)實上,原因是用戶數量很大。按目前(qian)1.8-2億輛電動(dong)車(che)計算(suan),如果(guo)鉛(qian)酸蓄(xu)電池燃(ran)燒(shao)事(shi)故的(de)概(gai)率為(wei)10萬分之一,那么(me)(me)每(mei)年將有近1800-2000起此類事(shi)故發生。這些(xie)事(shi)故大多是由(you)于電動(dong)車(che)充電器故障引起的(de)電池爆炸和充電過程中的(de)燃(ran)燒(shao)造成的(de)。那么(me)(me),電動(dong)車(che)充電器在什(shen)么(me)(me)情況下容易燒(shao)壞(huai)呢?有什(shen)么(me)(me)辦(ban)法可以防止(zhi)呢?
電動車(che)充電器在下(xia)(xia)列情況(kuang)下(xia)(xia)使用會燒壞(huai):
一、電(dian)動車充電(dian)器(qi)輸出線(xian)短路;
二、正負電池(chi)內部短路;
三(san)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓過(guo)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后,幾乎沒有初始充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,導致充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)長時間輸(shu)出大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流而過(guo)熱,造成充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)元件損壞;
四、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓過(guo)(guo)高。例如,當充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)輸(shu)入的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過(guo)(guo)280V時,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)就不能正常(chang)工作,仍(reng)然給電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
