據調查(cha),2010年,我國電(dian)(dian)(dian)動自行(xing)車(che)(che)保(bao)有量接近1.5億輛。據理(li)解,全國電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)產品抽樣合格率根本堅持在(zai)70%至90%之間。抽查(cha)項目(mu)的檢(jian)測結果顯現,電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)觸及電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣平安(an)指標(biao)不合格項目(mu)主要包(bao)括電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣絕緣性(xing)能、電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣線路敷設、欠(qian)壓過流維護、短路保(bao)險安(an)裝等。
電動車火災(zai)有的(de)發(fa)作在(zai)行駛中,但多數發(fa)作在(zai)充電過程(cheng)(cheng)中。主要緣由是車輛電氣線路(lu)超越(yue)負荷、短路(lu)狀況(kuang)下,由于未裝置電氣平安(an)安(an)裝或電氣平安(an)安(an)裝不(bu)合格,不(bu)能及時有效切(qie)斷電源,大電流引燃(ran)絕(jue)緣或其他易燃(ran)可燃(ran)資料(liao)所(suo)致(zhi)。據統計(ji)電動車火災(zai)事故90%均發(fa)作在(zai)充電過程(cheng)(cheng)中,并且(qie)在(zai)充電4個小時以上(shang)時間段。
由于很多小區沒有裝備電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站,很多業主不得不本人拉線給電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站,本人拉線給電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)易充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)量,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)內因電(dian)(dian)(dian)子元件過(guo)熱很容(rong)(rong)易招(zhao)致線路短路并(bing)呈(cheng)現火(huo)花,從而引發(fa)火(huo)災。
