近(jin)期隨著溫度的驟降,電動(dong)車主會出現了不(bu)少類似情況(kuang):
“騎(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)上班,半路電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)突(tu)然‘失靈’” ; “原(yuan)本一天充一次電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che),現在(zai)得改成(cheng)一天兩次”; 或(huo)“以前一上午(wu)(wu)跑(pao)10多(duo)公(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li),下午(wu)(wu)還能再騎(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)跑(pao)約5公(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li)。可現在(zai)騎(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)一上午(wu)(wu)跑(pao)10多(duo)公(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li),電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)就(jiu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量不(bu)足了(le)。”等報道。 很多(duo)人都表示,起初以為(wei)(wei)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶壞了(le),但把(ba)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)騎(qi)到維修店來(lai)(lai)檢查后卻發現一切正常(chang)! 原(yuan)來(lai)(lai),現在(zai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)普遍(bian)采(cai)用(yong)鉛酸(suan)(suan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池作為(wei)(wei)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力源,而鉛酸(suan)(suan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池儲(chu)(chu)存的(de)(de)能量和氣溫(wen)成(cheng)正比。 所以當氣溫(wen)下降時(shi),蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池儲(chu)(chu)存的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量也就(jiu)下降,并不(bu)是耗電(dian)(dian)(dian)增加了(le)。 氣溫(wen)在(zai)25℃上,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池可以正常(chang)使用(yong),低于25℃時(shi),行駛里(li)(li)(li)程會相對(dui)減(jian)短,這是普遍(bian)的(de)(de)現象。 但越是面對(dui)隆冬的(de)(de)到來(lai)(lai),考驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)性能的(de)(de)*佳時(shi)期(qi)也將隨之來(lai)(lai)到!
1、給(gei)電(dian)瓶充(chong)電(dian)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)不可過長(chang),過充(chong)會導致蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)池長(chang)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)發熱,加快蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)池的報廢速度(du)。理論上(shang),在完(wan)全放電(dian)后,蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)池按照0.1標稱(cheng)率充(chong)電(dian)(蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)池標準充(chong)電(dian)),10小時(shi)(shi)左右即可充(chong)滿,考(kao)慮充(chong)電(dian)器效率和蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)池折舊因素,一般充(chong)電(dian)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)在10小時(shi)(shi)到12小時(shi)(shi)之間(jian)(jian)即可,極限不要(yao)超(chao)過16小時(shi)(shi)。很多人(ren)有認識誤區,認為充(chong)電(dian)器是(shi)智能(neng)充(chong)電(dian),怎么充(chong)都無所謂,因而長(chang)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)不斷開(kai)充(chong)電(dian)器,這樣不但(dan)有損充(chong)電(dian)器,還損害(hai)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)池。
2、蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的可充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)次數是(shi)有(you)(you)限的,好的電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)理論上(shang)能達到(dao)1000次左(zuo)右(you),一(yi)(yi)般的電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)能充(chong)個300次左(zuo)右(you)就不錯了。因此(ci),盡(jin)量在(zai)用完電(dian)(dian)(dian)的情況下再充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),以延(yan)長蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)使用壽(shou)命。此(ci)外,也不要(yao)過度放電(dian)(dian)(dian),蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)經常嚴重欠壓,也會導(dao)致(zhi)加(jia)速報廢,新一(yi)(yi)代的控制器都有(you)(you)欠壓保護功能,老式控制器可能沒有(you)(you)欠壓保護,因而這種情況尤其(qi)需要(yao)注意避(bi)免經常欠壓。
3、電(dian)動車(che)就算不(bu)騎(qi),蓄(xu)電(dian)池也(ye)會放(fang)電(dian),很多電(dian)動車(che)靜置一周(zhou)到(dao)兩周(zhou)內基本都會放(fang)完電(dian)了。因此,為(wei)了保(bao)護(hu)蓄(xu)電(dian)池,在不(bu)騎(qi)車(che)的情況下(xia)(xia),每一周(zhou)或兩周(zhou)要充電(dian)一次(ci),具體充電(dian)間隔時(shi)間要視電(dian)車(che)蓄(xu)電(dian)池放(fang)電(dian)速(su)度而定。外出一年(nian)半載,家里又沒人用車(che),這樣長時(shi)間閑置電(dian)動車(che)的情況下(xia)(xia),*好把蓄(xu)電(dian)池組的接(jie)線拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)來(lai),至少也(ye)要把負(fu)極接(jie)線拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)來(lai),這樣能減緩蓄(xu)電(dian)池緩慢(man)放(fang)電(dian),保(bao)護(hu)蓄(xu)電(dian)池。
4、有的時(shi)候充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)壞了需要更換,*好按照原配充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的輸(shu)出參數重新(xin)購置(zhi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi),不要聽信別人的建議,購買所謂(wei)的快(kuai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)。標準充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)雖然速度(du)慢一點,但有利(li)于(yu)保護蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的壽(shou)命,經(jing)常快(kuai)速充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)會加快(kuai)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池報廢。此外,一些高(gao)級充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)間可(ke)調(diao),也就是可(ke)以(yi)調(diao)整充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流或是充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,從而實(shi)現快(kuai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)、標準充(chong)(chong)(chong)和慢充(chong)(chong)(chong),除了緊(jin)急用車,否則不建議使用快(kuai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)。
5、電(dian)動車小區(qu)充電(dian)站(zhan)不要經(jing)常停放在潮(chao)濕環境里,尤其是(shi)化工原料倉(cang)庫等腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)性環境,否(fou)則,金(jin)屬部件(jian)和輪胎都會加速腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)生銹報廢(fei)。此(ci)外,也盡量要避免(mian)長期(qi)日曬,這容易(yi)損害輪胎和坐枕(zhen)。
6、定期檢查剎車(che)性(xing)能(neng),防(fang)止(zhi)上路出現剎車(che)失靈造成交通(tong)事(shi)故。定期檢查輪胎的受損情況(kuang),防(fang)止(zhi)行(xing)駛過程中爆胎出事(shi)故。電門(men)鎖和控制(zhi)器(qi)一旦出現不靈活,或是偶爾失靈,就(jiu)要進(jin)行(xing)維修或是更(geng)換,安全出行(xing)。
